Payments Accepted: Cash, personal check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Processing fees apply to all Internet and credit card orders. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.
Tickets:
The taking of photographs and/or the use of recording devices during performances is strictly prohibited.
Latecomers will be admitted at the first convenient pause in the performance and will be seated at the discretion of the events manager. A large closed-circuit TV and sound amplification is available in the Zankel lobby for latecomers to view and hear the event.
Food and beverages are not allowed in the concert hall. The Center does not have concessions.
Our Assistive Listening System can aid patrons with a hearing loss of up to 75 percent by improving sound quality and volume control. The wireless, lightweight headsets can be used from any seat and are available at the box office.
The Zankel Music Center’s Ladd Concert Hall and restrooms are handicapped-accessible. Two handicapped parking sections are located near the building’s main entrance, and there is a drop-off location adjacent to the handicapped ramp outside the building’s main entrance. When purchasing tickets, please let the box office know of any special requests or needs.
Directions & Parking
Located on ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Perimeter Road, the Zankel Music Center is one of the first buildings beyond the College's main entrance off of North Broadway. Upon entering campus from North Broadway, take a left on Perimeter Road and the building will be on your right.
Main parking for the is located in the , which is to your left when you enter campus from the main entrance on North Broadway. Additional parking is available in , and secondary parking may be available in the Palamountain or Case Center lots (see the map linked above).
Parking on roadways and grass is prohibited.
