Faculty and Staff Achievements
- Sue Rosenberg, writer/editor in the Office of Communications and Marketing, is retiring after nearly 26 years at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
- Peter Sickler works as a maintenance mechanic for the department of facilities services and has been at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø for nearly 40 years.
- Jenna Pitera works as a science librarian in the Scribner Library. Pitera Joined ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in 2017 from a previous position at RPI.
- Lisa Quimby works as an instrumentation manager for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Analytical Disciplinary Laboratory (SAIL) and the Department of Chemistry. SAIL is a suite of scientific instrumentation that’s open to everyone at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Quimby ensures the equipment is running correctly while also teaching students, faculty and other researchers how to use it.
- Matt Chatham works as a strength and conditioning coach for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Athletics. In his fourth year at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, he designs and implements training sessions for all 19 varsity athletic teams, both in and out of season, to develop strength, speed, endurance and injury prevention related to each sport.
- Raymond Apholz works as a campus safety and a mounted security officer in the Department of Campus Safety. He joined ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø 15 years ago and has held numerous safety positions, including working at the Campus Security desk and as a patrol officer.
- Jane Kjaer works as a curator in the Special Collections and Rare Books Department of the Scribner Library. Kjaer has been at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø for eleven years. Before ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, she worked as a circulation coordinator in the library at the College of Saint Rose.
