Online Registration Services
Whether you are a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø department planning a conference or an external client renting space on our campus, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Office of Special Programs provides Online Registration Services to assist you in collecting participant information and payments.
Our Basic Registration Package Includes:
- Serve as a single contact for all registration services
- Create and host a customized online registration form
- Accept conference, event, and housing registrations and payments via credit card or e-check
- Process payments, deposit funds into Client’s account (internal clients)
- Credit revenue towards conference/event balance due to client
- Provide standardized basic registration reports for participant information, event counts, and revenue summaries
- Print name badges or mailing labels (additional fee applies for printing)
Our Premium Registration Package Includes
- Includes all Basic Services listed above
- Collect additional information for complex conference or events, i.e. additional meals, guests, off-campus events, trips, etc.
- Bill for any balance due
- Post adjustments/scholarships to registrant’s accounts
- Provide customized registration and financial reports
