SGBM Student Policies and Procedures
For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a student as the Respondent, there are two policies the College may utilize to respond:
- 2023-2024 Title IX Policy for Students (For incidents before August 1, 2024)
- Enough is Enough Policy (defunct as of August 1, 2024)
- 2024-2025 Title IX Policy for Students (For incidents on or after August 1, 2024)
The College will comply with the 2024 and 2020 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women Act, New York State鈥檚 Enough is Enough law, and other relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply.
SGBM incidents reported after August 1, 2024 that would have fallen under the jurisdiction of the Enough is Enough Policy will now follow the policies and procedures of the 2024-2025 Title IX Policy for Students. Please contact the Title IX Coordinator for questions.鈥�
