Overview of Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policies

In response to the new Title IX regulations announced by the United States Department of Education on May 6, 2020, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has implemented a Title IX Policy for each constituency (ie. students, faculty, and staff). However, there is some sexual and gender-based misconduct that does not fall within the jurisdiction of Title IX, so for those incidents, they will still be addressed and responded to under the appropriate existing or revised policy.

SGBM Overview Flow Chart

Please note that the policies and procedures in the Title IX Policies above are based on the regulations directly from the Department of Education. These include a specific definition for what is considered sexual harassment, jurisdiction, and hearing procedures.
