Registration/Check-in

We're looking forward to seeing you back on campus for Reunion 2025! Registration packets will be mailed out in mid-March.

Moved since your last Reunion? Be sure the College has your updated information!

The check-in desk will be open Friday through Sunday of Reunion Weekend. The nearest parking lot is located at the rear of Case Center. Please make every effort to arrive during open desk hours (noted in the weekend schedule). If the desk is closed when you arrive, you can report to the Campus Safety Office, located in the Annex. Everyone attending all or any part of Reunion must register and pay a registration fee for their class. We’re looking forward to seeing you back on campus for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Alumni Reunion 2025!

Housing

On campus: Housing is available for all reunion attendees, with preferences given to the 25th- and 50th-reunion classes. Spouses, friends and family are also welcome to stay in residence halls. Housing is charged per person, not per room. Rooming arrangements are a combination of singles and doubles sharing one bath and air-conditioned apartments including full kitchens (unstocked) and separate bedrooms (with minimal furnishing). Rooms include basic bed linens, a blanket and towel per person. If you plan to stay in the residence halls, please reference the comfort list of items to consider bringing.

Special housing-related requests should be noted in the appropriate field when submitting your Reunion registration. Note that roommate requests must be mutual (listed by all parties). The deadline for reserving a room on campus is April 25, 2025. Please note that after this date we cannot guarantee that your specific housing requests can be accommodated. Walk-in housing will be available on a limited basis and is not guaranteed to be with your class room block. We encourage advance registration!

Off-campus: ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has reserved a limited number of rooms at local hotels. Information for each hotel will be posted soon.

*Additional Taxes and fees may apply to the above rates.

If rooms are not available in Saratoga Springs, other hotels in the area may be found in Ballston Spa, Glens Falls, Malta, Queensbury, or Clifton Park. Those needing accommodations near Albany International Airport may find hotels in Latham and Albany.
