How does the Family Right to Privacy Act affect the release of my College records?
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø must obtain the consent of the student before disclosing personally identifiable information from the educational records. Such consent must include a specification of the records to be disclosed, the purpose or purposes of the disclosure, and the party or class of parties to whom the disclosure may be made. Your completion of the request form constitutes a release.
I attended a long time ago are my records still available?
The Registrar's Office maintains student academic records from 1911 to the present.
I don't know where I am applying, can I receive a bunch of transcripts?
You can receive official transcript either electronically or by mail using the Transcript Requests .
How much will my request cost?
There is no charge for a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø transcript.
Can transcripts be sent via express mail?
No, transcripts cannot be sent via express mail.
How long will it take to process my request?
Electronic transcripts take 20 – 30 minutes for processing when located by the system. Additional time is required if request has an attached form or requires research. Mailed requests allow 3 days for processing. During examinations, recording of grades, registration and commencement additional time maybe required.
Can requests and/or transcripts be faxed?
No, transcript requests cannot be faxed.
Can you send a copy of my transcript from a former institution or the record of my study abroad courses taken through another school along with my ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø transcript when I make a request? What happens if my school is closed?
No. The transcript that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø has was issued from that other institution as an official record of your enrollment and grades earned. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø uses the transcript as evidence of the work you did in order to make admissions and/or transfer credit decisions. However, since we have none of the underlying documentation, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø cannot provide an official copy of another institution's record to a third party. If you need to provide official documents to another school or to an employer, you must request them directly from the institution that sponsored and transcripted the courses originally. This is standard practice across the country.
When schools close, the generally accepted practice is for the school to make arrangements with the state-licensing agency to store their records. Find the contact information for the . Information about is also available.

Common Application Transfer Registrar Report
No. Request your official transcript(s) using the online transcript request form /registrar/transcripts/index.php
The report with stamped envelopes for each institution should be sent to the
Registrar’s Office and will be processed separately.
My Current and/or Next Terms Schedule
Yes. The current and/or next terms schedule appear on the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø transcript. The
transcript request form allows you to upload a copy of your schedule with credit hours
if required which will be attached to your transcript.
Special forms included in my application
Yes. Be sure you complete and sign the forms where required then upload them into
the online transcript request form. The information will be verified and forms completed.
Current GPA and GPA in my Major
Yes. Transcripts include all courses and GPA as of the date run. Incomplete grades
appear as "I" and are not included in your GPA.
The GPA in your Major does not appear on your transcript. It appears on your degree
audit. Upload a signed release stating you need GPA in your Major and we will include
a letter with the transcript.
**Note: Beginning with the Class of 2017 (Graduates only) the GPA in the major appears
on the final transcript.
Course Descriptions
Yes. The 1999 to Present ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø catalogues appear online. Student obtains
the course descriptions from online catalog and uploades them into the transcript
request. For descriptions prior to that time, create a document with term taken,
course number, and title of courses required and upload with the transcript request.
We will copy the descriptions from original catalogues and attach to the transcript
request.

How do I know that my request was processed?
Emails are sent to the email listed in the transcript request when the request is submitted, and processed. If electronic transcript was selected an email is sent when the recipient opens the transcript. The system has transcript tracking available (emails sent have a tracking number used in this process).
My transcript never arrived, what can I do?
Check your previous request to see if the address and email is accurate. Resubmit your request.
