Recipient Paperwork & Requirements
In order to accept your award, you must complete the required paperwork (access link found on your Award Letter) by 12 a.m. on Friday, 5/3/24 in order to have your check processed the week of June 10.
Remaining Requirements:
1.
Please have your supervisor/s submit the above required electronic form 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 7/10/24.
2. FINAL REPORT BLOG POST
All recipients must post their final report to the SEF Blog by Wednesday, 8/21/24. The Final Report must reflect on the prompts provided in the Intructions link below, include clear/relevant photos and is limited to 500 words.

Please have your supervisor/s submit the above required electronic form at the end of your summer experience but no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 8/21/24.

Please submit a brief thank you note by the end of your summer experience but no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 8/21/24. The document must be saved as LastName.FirstName.ThankYou, then uploaded via the box below in order for your submission to be considered complete. Please use the following template and complete note based on your individual experience.

Thank you for your generosity which enabled me to complete my summer experience.
