Emmanuel Balogun, assistant professor of political science, was a special guest on the and provided analysis on how African regional organizations are responding to recent coups in West Africa. He also gave a talk on his forthcoming book, , as part of the Global Politics Seminar Series at Northern Illinois University.

Susannah Mintz, professor of English, discussed her new book, Love Affair in the Garden of Milton, on the WAMC Northeast Public Radio podcast .   

Peter von AllmenRodrigo SchneiderRodrigo Schneider, assistant professor of economics, and Peter von Allmen, David H. Porter Chair and professor of economics, co-authored a paper with Garrett Munck 21, , in the Economics of Governance.The research, which provides insights into policies related to participation in the winter games, including the games in Beijing, originated as part of Muncks undergraduate economics thesis in spring 2020.
