Kalyan Das
Kalyan "Kal" Das, trustee, received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis
Who's Who, a publisher of biographical profiles. According to Marquis, Das was honored
for "many years' experience in his professional network ... achievements, leadership
qualities, and the credentials and successes he has accrued in his field." Das is
the head of the Global Bank and Institutional Finance & Restructuring Practice Group
at the Seward & Kissel law practice, focusing on structured finance, asset-backed
and mortgage-backed securities transactions, domestic and international banking transactions,
project finance, capital markets, distressed debt trading, second lien financing,
institutional finance and private placements.

Sara Lagalwar, assistant professor and Williamson chair of neuroscience, published a research manuscript
