Cultivating Inclusion in the Workplace
Using creative techniques during this two-hour interactive online workshop, participants will explore how barriers to inclusion, such as unconscious bias and privilege, can contaminate our work environment and create a climate of mistrust and exclusion. Best practices show that when employees are feeling seen, heard, valued, and connected to each other, both morale and performance increase.

Biography
Hannah Fox, M.A., APPT, RYT, a facilitator for Dailey Innovations Inc., is a senior international applied theater trainer, co-director of the New York School of Playback Theatre, and founder of Big Apple Playback Theatre and Pangea Playback Theatre(an online Playback Theatre company). Hannah recently left her position as a tenured university professor to work full time using applied theater and other action methods to promote social justice and community dialogue. Hannah is the author of ZoomyZoomy: Improv Games and Exercises for Groups, as well as numerous other scholarly publications about Playback Theatre. Hannah is the daughter of the founders of Playback Theatre.
