Staff Policies and Procedures
For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a Staff member as the Respondent, there are two policies the College may utilize to respond:
- 2023-2024 Title IX Policy for Staff (For incidents before August 1, 2024)
- 2024-2025 Interim Title IX Policy for Staff (For incidents on or after August 1, 2024)
- Anti-Harassment Policy - Staff
The College will comply with the 2020 and 2024 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women Act, New York State’s Enough is Enough law, Title VII, NY Human Rights Law and other relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply. Please email the Title IX Coordinator for questions.
