  • Access your financial aid package and student information through 窪蹋勛圖厙s secure student login system (Banner). Through Banner you can review your current package and make any edits to your student profile.
  • Tuition Payment Plans: The 窪蹋勛圖厙 Bursar's Office is pleased to provide three options for managing payment of your 窪蹋勛圖厙 educational costs.  
  • The I-9 is a required Federal document to work on campus. Form must be completed online after you are hired in the Oracle Student Employment system. This form has to be completed either through your Oracle tile in Okta under Journeys or through the HireRight email you received (note: you may need to create an account through HireRight). After submitting the first section digitally, visit the Financial Aid Office with your proof of eligibility. Please find the complete list of I-9 acceptable documents here. Please note that all documents must be original (no digital pictures or photocopies) and presented to a member of the financial aid staff

Complete Financial Aid Forms

The CSS Profile ensures we have your up-to-date financial information to accurately determine your eligibility for need-based grants and scholarships. You need to submit this form when you first apply for aid or if your financial situation has changed. You will need to enter 窪蹋勛圖厙s school code: 2815. 
 
If your parents are separated, each one must fill out a separate CSS Profile. It's best for the student and the custodial parent to start their profile before the non-custodial parent begins theirs. If either parent is remarried, their current spouses information must also be included. 

Each year, you will need to complete the FAFSA form to apply for federal financial aid, including grants, loans, and work-study opportunities, by providing your family's financial information. This helps us determine your eligibility.

TAP helps eligible New York State residents pay for college. To qualify, you must be a legal resident of the State (at least 12 months) and your familys net taxable income must be $125,000 or less. 
 
TAP is a grant that doesnt need to be repaid. Awards can range from $1,000 to $5,665 per year, depending on your family's income.  

How to Apply:

The Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) is a legal document you sign to agree to repay your federal student loans. It outlines the terms and conditions of your loan, including the repayment schedule and interest rates. You'll need to complete the MPN online to access Federal Direct Loans, and it must be signed only once for multiple loans over your college career. 

Federal Loan Entrance Counseling is to be completed by first-time student loan borrowers. This mandatory process helps you understand your rights and responsibilities as a federal student loan borrower. Before receiving your loan funds, you'll complete an online counseling session that covers loan terms, repayment options, and managing debt. 

Federal Loan Exit Counseling must be completed by students who graduate or are no longer enrolled at least half-time (6 credits). It provides important information on how to manage your loan repayments, including repayment plans and the consequences of defaulting. You'll need to complete this counseling online to ensure you're prepared for repayment.  

The Federal PLUS Loan is available to parents of dependent undergraduate students to help cover educational expenses not met by other financial aid. Parents can apply for this loan by completing a credit check and the Direct PLUS Loan application. If approved, the loan funds can be used to pay for tuition, fees, room and board, and other eligible college costs.

If requested, the Identity Verification/Statement of Educational Purpose form is a document for certain federal financial aid applicants to confirm their identity and their intent to use the aid for educational purposes. To complete this form, you must present valid government-issued photo identification in person or provide a notarized copy of the form and ID if unable to appear in person. This process ensures the security and appropriate use of federal student aid funds.  

ID Verification/Statement Form

If requested, this form verifies FAFSA data. The student initiates the form and completes the student sections, then provides the email address of the parent who completed the FAFSA so the parent can complete and sign their sections electronically.
